Most Memorable Moment/Biggest Accomplishment
My most memorable achievement in my professional career was developing and leading a play group with my amazing colleague, Bree. The "I am ME, We are WE" activity group was a play based group for neuro-divergent boys focused on building connection and relationships. Being able to create a positive and safe space for these kiddos to be who they wanted to be was an incredibly rewarding experience. The participants left with a feeling of empowerment and self-confidence that was invaluable.
Hobbies and Interests
I love to go camping, hiking, and boating/fishing. My husband and I are restoring a 1972 vintage camper trailer and we love to take it out to explore new state parks. I love making crafts out of found objects in nature like sea shells or drift wood and am working toward learning how to crochet.
Weekend Plans
I love to spend time outdoors with my family and 2 dogs, Ducky & Goose. We go on walks at local parks and love to spend time at the beach. Weirdly enough, I actually enjoy grocery shopping and make my weekend trip to Trader Joe's on a weekly basis.
